STEP 1
Eat two fistful size meal three times a day.
No spicy food such as hot sauce, salsa, tabasco sauce, etc…
Eat unlimited amounts of leafy & stemmed vegetable
No fruits
No heavy exercising (walking up to 30 minutes and light lifting is acceptable)
Drink 10 cups of water a day (1 cup=8 oz)
STEP 2
Chew 20 seconds or more on each bite. (Try to eat slow 15 minutes or more)
Continue to eat two fistful size meals three times a day

Divide dinner into two meals one hour apart
One fistful size meal for every one hour apart

Eat one fistful size protein three times a day
Drink 10 cups of water a day (1 cup=8 oz)

Breakfast: 1 fistful size meal consisting of ½ carbohydrates and ½ proteins.
Lunch: 1 fistful size meal consisting of ½ carbohydrates and ½ proteins.
Dinner: 1 fistful size meal consisting only protein.
Chew 20 times on each bite.
